Jennifer has over 10 years’ experience in active transportation. Before joining the City of Sacramento, Jennifer served as a Principal at Alta Planning + Design where she managed projects from small intersection improvements, to corridor studies, to citywide planning efforts. Jennifer currently serves as the City of Sacramento’s Active Transportation Program Specialist leading projects including Vision Zero, Bike Share, as well as pedestrian and bicycle projects and programs. Recent efforts implemented include a citywide bikeway map, a bicycle diversion class, bikeway wayfinding, and Jennifer is currently planning the City’s first open streets event, Sunday Street on Broadway.
