A growing state needs a transportation system that meets the needs of its citizens.  This transportation system should provide choices for different users and address the needs of businesses, super-commuters, issues in rural parts of the state versus unique challenges in urban regions.  This panel will provide their views and perspectives on both current and future trends for funding transportation, as well as what methods are currently working for maintaining our current infrastructure and planning for future projects in today’s complex funding environment that is affected by legislation, both at a Federal, state and regional levels.
